A customer service team is always available to help you change your shipping address or cancel your order if requested by phone or via email within an hour of placing the order.. Please note that once your order has been processed or is processing, the customer service team cannot make changes to an existing order.

Your card will only be charged when your order is shipped. A small transaction hold is usually placed on your card temporarily as soon as your order is processed. This process is for the validation of funds only.  Please note, ALL prices are listed in United States Dollars, and all applicable taxes will be detailed in your order.

No, Tony and Ava is a leak control underwear company that makes adaptive functional underwear. Our leak control underwear collections are significant for potty training and incontinence support underwear. Our underwear has less absorption of liquid than regular diapers. They are designed to make a child feel wet (a necessity in the potty training process) while offering protection from leaking through. The adaptive padding prevents leaks and offers protection when unexpected moments happen. 


Absolutely! Tony and Ava underwear has a TPU lining, which prevents leaks. Further, they house three layers of microfibers that are essential to absorption and also help with moisture-wicking and fight odors. 


We recommend machine washing your new underwear before first use. Please use your machine’s delicate cycle or hand wash. We also would recommend a maximum water temperature of 85°F.  For drying, please use very low heat or line dry or air dry. Please not do not use bleach and avoid high temperatures. Fabric softeners and Dry Cleaning should also be avoided.


If the underwear is full and flooded, you will have minor leaks on the sides of the legs. We encourage you to change when wet or full.

Underwear is made of four layers of protection. The first layer closest to the body is made with bamboo and charcoal, which is excellent for antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. The second and third layers are made with double microfiber fabric, which is ideal for absorption. Our fourth layer is made of TPU lining, which helps prevent and controls leaks. The body of the underwear itself is made out of advanced quick dry and stretch fabrics, allowing and encouraging movement.


Unlike diapers, our underwear is created to feel and look like regular underwear, even if it’s adapted with padding. Unlike regular underwear, the extra padding will not feel or look bulky. No one will know that your child is wearing underwear with padding. 


Although we do not recommend them for nighttime bedwetting, some people have used it for nighttime use and have given us great feedback.


Due to the nature of our product, returns are not accepted. 

Any changes to your billing information can be made in the My Account section under payment. Please make sure your default billing address and new card match. 

You can access all orders in my account under order history.


Your credit card CVV is cross-referenced against the default billing address on tonyava.com. If there is a mismatch in your credit carrier and shipping address, updates fail. Please confirm your billing address and your default payment address match.


Any order of $100 shipped within the contiguous US will receive free shipping. 

All other shipping costs will be measured at check-out if applicable. Please note that if you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can select expedited shipping. Increased shipping costs would be applied for this service.

Enter the tracking number to track your package. You can also check your shipping status on your orders by logging into your account, selecting order history, and clicking check order. For most orders within the US, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Typically orders will be received within 3 to 7 business days for shipments within the US. Please note business days are Monday through Friday and do not include federal holidays.


We ship to all 50 US states addresses we do not ship to any other US territories or mail forwarding services at this time. 


The shipping addresses can be made in my account. You will have an option so that the new  default shipping address or an additional address.


The shipping method offered at check-out may fluctuate based on your shipping address and the number of items ordered. Once an order is processed, we no longer have the ability to change the delivery method.
